The RCD-3431 heavy duty manual sealer is used with 3/4" steel banding. The side-action sealer's lower handle can be rested on the flat surface of the unit being strapped. Operators can apply much of their weight with both hands on the upper handle. This banding tool is generally for heavy strapping applications. Joint Type is a Double Reverse notch.
